Andy has joined our Board of Trustees following a career in Commercial Management roles in large corporate organisations. He is a real people person and now runs a boutique consultancy, Orbit Business Development, working with employers to deliver leadership training and team building as well as coaching sessions. He is genuinely interested in people and what makes them ‘tick’. In his own words “What is important is ensuring everyone can maximise their own potential. This is what I see Phoenix doing, especially for those who find it difficult to do that on their own or where financial constraints hinder them”
Andy is a keen sportsman and heavily involved in coaching and running children’s rugby.
