Remote Counselling

Our remote counselling service provides an opportunity for you to have counselling without having to come to us.  Our counsellors based in Leeds, can have sessions with you via phone or video call – you decide which you prefer.

You can book by phone (call 0113 234 0818) or online. The link below will take you to our booking system. Simply pick Remote Counselling, a therapist (if you have a preference) and a day/ time for your appointment.  Then fill in your relevant details. You will get a confirmation email when the booking is complete. Alternatively, call us on 0113 234 0818 and we’ll be happy to help.

Your first session is £25 and gives you the chance to decide if our service is right for you. You can only book this once. All following sessions cost £55.

What can Remote Counselling help with?

Our counsellors have helped clients with a variety of challenges, for example:

  • Depression, stress and anxiety
  • Abuse
  • Addiction (drug, alcohol, gambling, sex)
  • Lack of sleep
  • Relationship problems
  • Anger management
  • Eating disorders

How Remote Counselling works:

  • Contact our reception team – we will answer your questions, match you with a counsellor and book you in.
  • Or, you can choose your counsellor via our website and book online.
  • When your booking has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to a pre-session form. Please fill in this short form before your first session – it’s there to help your counsellor understand what you’re wanting from the sessions.
  • A little note: we require payment at the time of booking.
  • If you request counselling via video call we will send you a link a day or two before your session
  • If you request telephone counselling your counsellor will call you on the day and time booked and carry out the session.
  • Each session will last for up to 50mins.
  • The first session is at a reduced rate to allow you to decide if our service is right for you. You will be able to talk about the issues you would like to explore and about what you want from counselling. You may not know at this point, but your counsellor will help you figure that out.
  • It’s no problem if you’d like to try a different counsellor. It’s important that you click with your counsellor so just let us know and we’ll happily arrange this.
  • If you would like to continue your sessions, please rebook at reception or online here.
