About Angie in her own words:
I work on the concept that every client is an individual and therefore needs a bespoke treatment plan. As a client centred therapist I co-ordinate your therapeutic plan to meet your individual needs.
Its is not about me giving you the solutions. I aim to use my experience and training to empower and encourage you to explore your thoughts and feelings and find these solutions for yourself. I will help you understand your responses to your experiences and find ways of managing these to become more self-aware, content, have peace of mind, and to think and feel emotions with clarity and understanding.
