About Karen in her own words:
I have a wealth of lived experience and know personally how depression and anxiety can prevent you from becoming the person you want and deserve to be. I draw on my experience and use different techniques to tailor sessions to a client’s needs. In the past I have worked with adults who have experienced controlling and coercive relationships and helped them to understand how their behaviour is controlled. My career has given me vast experience of working with adults who are experiencing addictive behaviours whether this is an addiction to alcohol, illegal substances, gambling, exercise or any other behaviour. So if you are feeling stuck or generally lost and need help working things out then please reach out to me.
