Zoe started off her professional life as an Army Education and Training Officer and then before joining Phoenix in November 2024, spent 20 years working in the Charity sector. 

She has worked supporting young people with mental health challenges through programmes run by The Princes’ Trust and members of the military community through her work with the Army Families Federation and The Warrior Programme. 

Zoe is passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and believes in eliminating health inequality wherever possible. She is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. 

In her spare time, Zoe loves to walk on the beautiful beaches of Yorkshire with her dog, enjoys cycling and live music.
